Question #2544: About the Lakshmi Money Mantra

I am planning to start a 40 day money spell starting the upcoming Thursday and as it is a somewhat lengthy spell, I'd really like to not mess it up so I have several questions.

1. Is SHRIM MAHA LAKSHMIYEI SWAHA still the most effective mantra?
2. How do I breath during the mantra? Is it "*breath* word * breath* word", or can I do the mantra on a single breath or at least 2-3 words per breath?

2. It should be done in one breath, but the energy still works if you take short breaths.
