which combination of runes should I use to enact justice ??How many times do I need to vibrate it??at the end how many times should I affirm ?Do i need to meditate on the sigil of the runes when vibrating the runes?

You can use that as a guideline, and lets say state your affirmation 10 times. You don't need to meditate on the runes but you can do it regardless, and use your imagination as well.
