What Runes to use to overcome the low voltage issue in my home? Please read this whole thing to understand my situation.

I visited the energy supplier which is not private but government owned, the officials are corrupt and ask for big amount of money. My neighborhood has inadequate supply of electricity and experiences low voltage and fluctuations, meanwhile all areas around us have no issues, people in my neighborhood have tried complaining but it doesn't work, they don't fix it. I want to use Runes to fix this situation, I want them to come to the neighborhood and solve the issue no matter what it will cost them. Please help me to move out of this situation.

It's really messed up, I pay up all my bills but in return I don't get the quality electricity that I deserve, I am literally sweating in my home all day long in this scorching heat for the past 2 months, while typing this post the keyboard is all sweaty, please help. My air conditioner cools for like 2 mins and then the compressor shuts off due to low voltage, the ceiling fans spin so fucking slow that it's pretty much useless, I am really frustrated and it is affecting my mental health and spiritual life. I want to fix this situation, it's like it is all stuck, and I want to move it and get what I pay for, and not sweat all day everyday. I am not trolling. Please I do need help, I am not advanced enough to ignore this sweat and heat, or change my body temp. I need help.

What rune should I use for them to come to the neighborhood and solve the issue?

It seems like the best thing to do, would be to do workings to advance your material life so you can move into a better quality neighborhood.

There are some things you can do. Make mint beverages with ice. Mist cold water on your through the day. These are only temporary helps though, the best is to move up in life and get a better home.

There are systems you can get that are a large battery storage system, with an inverter to turn Vdc from the battery into Vac that your house uses. But you need a controller to control when the battery is on or off, and to not allow the battery to drain out to your neighbor's houses.

This could be helpful for most people, for reasons like electricity is usually less expensive during times when less people are using it like in the middle of the night, and more expensive when everyone is trying to use it. So you can use cheaper electricity at night to charge the battery, then use that during the day.
