I was researching astrology on the website, and on one page about the efects of Neptune, there were a list of people, some serail killers and some artistical with heavy drug use. Is possible that there are souls that have been given a very bad natal chart, making them to do crimes and other types of mistakes (I am talking about mistakes done to others, not things you do that damage yourself or your advancement). What does The Gods do about souls that have commited crimes, or been bad people in general. I am asking about thieves, or people that commited 3rd degree murder, not necesarlly deranged serial killers with body counts of 20. How is the attitude towards people that have done mistakes? Now the general ideea of mistake in the world is stepping on someone's shoe, and i am pondering about bad things now. If some soul is given bad natal charts that makes them do bad things, how should they be treated? I am thinking about this, some criminal healing himself, and becoming a person of importance like a state deputy or clergy if we take the forums for example. I have a mindset that if someone did a mistake it's ireparable automaticly and seeing someone repairing themself is ok but "advancing" in society makes me say "no this shouldn't happen", is this a good mindset? Also there are gentile that done bad things due to enemy programing or curses, how should they be treated.

I read that if a Waffen-SS soldier commited rape, he would have been senteced to death, if something like that happend, after death, will his soul be able to reincarnate, and how should society treat this?

Also do I have good mindset towards mistakes, or the idea of redemtion? I don't know how to think about this

Yes. Following the logic that the Soul is literally you, that is what you are, and the soul have planetary energies which mean the planets do influences what you are.

Generally nothing, especially if it isn't a Satanists. Humanity is on a low level where these crimes are an every day thing, and the gods are not like the christian god whose send you to suffer because of who you are, and what did. Generally they only punish the ones who done large crime against them.

Now the general ideea of mistake in the world is stepping on someone's shoe, and i am pondering about bad things now. This is a hard philosophical and spiritual question.
In my opinion:

If somebody threatened you, even if because of their natal chart, you should treat them the same way and give back what they deserve which is the equal destructive energy of what they done to you, even if in the present, they become a better person. If the justice happened, life can go forward.

Now the above is for us humans, the Gods are way higher and they don't do this. If you killed a peacock which is Satan's sacred animal, You probably won't get any punishment from the gods especially if you rebuild what you destroyed, but you deserve the punishment from a human. What the Gods would do is probably influence you to break free from that state where you did this stupid 'crime'. Now of course there is a point where you deserve punishment from the gods.

For an example, HPS Maxine before she understood Satan, she sometimes threw away her trash (for example a can of Cooke she drinked); and now this is a crime against Earth, shortly after, she was guided to an article that said the Jazidis (Followers of Satan) never threw trash on the ground and they doesn't even spit on the ground because it's a holy place from Satan. Afterwards she never threw her trash on the ground.

The concept of justice is complicated, especially as we cannot accurately judge the full extent of external versus internal forces on a person's behavior. However, this would only deter from the two extremes of retribution (little punishment or massive), rather than anything in the middle. Therefore, we can and should hold people liable for their damages, with part of their punishment being that they need to be meditating or taking other steps at advancement.

You mention people being "given" a natal chart, and this is not really true. The natal chart is a reflection of the energy of the soul. While you may gain karma from parent's, your current incarnation does reflect your past, if you had a past life. It is not like the universe itself just messes up and dumps a terrible placement on your head. This karma is a pattern which had existed beforehand, such as from your past life or parents.

The Gods know everyone's soul and can gauge completely why someone committed murder, why someone did this and that. This can be quite divorced from the earthly perspective of the victim or our current comprehension of the law. They also know that xianity and the current liberal ideology shat out from it has submerged us in an unprecedented level of stupidity and animal-tier idiocy, along with a bombardment of jewish curses especially on higher-functioning Gentiles, making certain incidents between people an inevitability (though I do want to emphasize here - a Gentile criminal is still a criminal, has full responsibility and must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, REGARDLESS of such a thing being fate or inevitability, otherwise justice is nailed to the wall).

Determining a soul's worth by a single act is not necessarily how They view things, though totally abominable, sustained acts such as raping nexuses of prepubescent children or treachery towards Gentiles (on the tier of being a deliberately vile communist who reports other Gentiles to go and die) tend to provoke Their wrath. This goes beyond what can be counted as a 'mistake'. But this is more of a process of volition on the side of the criminal soul to go into lower and lower uglier dimensions than one would judge from face value, usually involving dozens of lifetimes to go to that extreme. In a matter of speaking, yes, the Gods condemn them, but they condemn themselves of their own will, and they stray from the path of the Gods out of some level of hatred.

Someone utterly controlled by the worst aspects of Neptune like Jeffrey Dahmer is a monster, verging on not really even being human. Someone who stabs someone else during an extremely heated exchange between two groups of angry young men is usually definitely not on the same tier, nor are their motivations typically in the same realm, although sometimes, this type of act DOES convey a Dahmer-tier monster in combination with other things, so one has to be careful to use wisdom here, and not just go 'dindu nuffins' like most idiots would if said stabber fulfilled certain criteria.

None of this, as Blitzkreig said, however, means you can't use Black Magick. The Gods give this tool to use at our own discretion, but we are meant to at some point understand all facets of a situation and act accordingly.

Another thing I want to point out is that there is a racial, cultural or familial form of karma which doesn't necessarily involve the Gods 'condemnation' but still can condemn people when they go far enough. The Gods tend to warn groups of people about this in advance. If any entity like this exhibits very hideous traits such as human sacrifice, ritualized rape, institutionalized corruption, extreme criminal behaviors, wishing hideous energy on themselves over and over, wanting communism, mass cuckoldry in being 'nice' to legions of invaders (this one being like the modern West), and so on, the judgement for them is basically impending. It may take hundreds of years for this judgement to arrive, but this type of entity collapses inevitably due to its negative nature. We wish to avoid the appearance of this process in Gentiles generally and Black Magick can be used here to mitigate it.
