The article says that you need to put your tongue on your front teeth, as when pronouncing the word "this", but then my sound is generally different, the mantra does not vibrate as it does on the audio. If you do not put the tongue, will such a mantra sound correctly and will the third eye open?

Try your best, focus on the feeling and intent, place, as you now develop a meditative quality and get to understand how it works, later you learn better the structure and technicalities.

Putting your tip of the tongue to the front teeth is not something very hard to do, the vibration however it may be, must be felt at the forehead regardless.

The reality is such that you're going do these again at a later date as most new SS should do the opening chakras a few times instead of just once.

Just keep practicing how to do it correctly as that gives it the most power in these meditations and don't doubt yourself ever when doing these meditations.

Did you feel the vibration in the chakra? You will feel it when you are doing it correctly, and you can try slightly different sounds until you find the strongest way.
