This could come from certain curses and thoughtforms that are stuck on your aura. The mind is also conditioned/programmed here with hang-ups to cause some setbacks. This needs deprogramming.
The positive about this is that it can be fixed through numerous means.
You can use the SATANAS. Breathe in Satanic electric blue flames into your being with each inhale. On the hold, state "all of my chakras, soul, body, aura and whole being is completely free from any and all negative, destructive and harmful energies." On the exhale, visualize your entire being is intensifying with electric blue flames, burning/destroying the negative energies. If the affirmation is too long, then customize it as you see fit.
Removing any negative hang-ups from the chakras and aura can be done using the rune Uruz, Ansuz and/or Wunjo in each chakra, including the aura. Here the electric blue flames can be used as well as white-gold energy.

If you do not do this already, practicing Void Meditation helps to control your thoughts and emotions. It will help you to easily remove such thoughts when they occur. By stopping giving such thoughts attention, and they will eventually cease.
