if i astral project, can i go and see people in their house and they can't see me? how does that work?

Yes, because your being is on a higher plane that is invisible to the common people. if there is an exposed cable with no insulation you can't tell if it does have electricity or not, because you can't see energy. Electricity is made up of energy just as everything, and when you astral project you enter the world of energy where you can see the energy, and not the physical layout of the world. Tho if someone is so advanced, they can see both at the same time, and probably you too if you practice open eyed trance for enough time. Tho it's pretty easy to do that, you need to work on your chakras and practice this for years to get a good astral sight, at the beginning you will only see lower, and not all energies such as souls.

Yes and No.
Remember, that the astral plane is another dimension. Humans inhabit the the physical plane. Not everything that is on the physical plane will show up on the astral plane. For example, some physical features of a budling might be missing or the actual distance between two locations is much more reduced.

The more empowered your soul is the easier it will become to walk through buildings and solid objects. This because you are vibrating at a much higher rate than a physical object. Think of an empowered soul as air or water that passes through a cloth. Whereas watery gel would be the average soul.

I have only ever seen a handful of people sleeping on the astral plane. The ones that I have seen were either in their beds or in misplaced locations. Such as seeing them sleeping on a recliner in their yard as opposed to a room. I have never bothered to initiate any form of contact with them. I believe that when sleeping the astral body of living beings go to different levels of the astral plane corresponding to the energies that they have in their soul. They do not all stay in one set plane.

I havent had any experience with astral projection but since all matter has energy and vibration of some kind, i dont think it would simply not exist on the astral unless there are some reasons for it. We humans, although mostly pretty unspiritual, do have souls. Hps Maxine said herself that everything you see before you was once someones thought, and HP Cobra mentioned that the astral plane is like a layer on top of the physical one. This is how i believe divination and magick of all kinds happen since everything begins in the astral before manifesting on the physical, which is why when we see people's auras we can determine how they are feeling or predict things.
I believe this is also the case with our spiritual warfare, different clashing ebergies fighting for dominance on which one will manifest on the astral and then the physical and permanently stay that way.

I do know that the astral plane has many things, places and even creatures inside of it that are not particularly present on the physical, but i also believe that the astral fully encompasses the level below it, which is any other lower astral levels but also the physical ones. And since the entire earth, and every matter has some sort of vibration, i dont think something can simply "not exist " on its astral level, unless it has been hidden in some way, had its energy altered, or just flat out destroyed and wiped out energetically.
