Question #2015: Question on Solar Energies

Hello I wanted to ask something simple as what should I expect from using the sun mantra as a Leo ascendant? The energies of the sun are powerful and can be transformative and now that the sun is in Leo I started using the Sun mantra 80x Aum Surya Svaha and I am affirming "The energy of the sun is permanently improving the Solar areas of my soul in a health, positive, and beneficial way for me." I wanted to ask if this is a good affirmation to use.
Also I want to ask if its alright to visualize myself (my body) in much better physical condition since I am a Leo rising and the Sun also rules over my physical body as well.
