Whenever I'm away from my pc, I wonder if there is a way to surf JoS on my phone without being tracked

I'm not in big trouble but I want to know if I can

You can download the TOR browser to your phone.

Depends on what phone you are using. As I know there is a android JoS application, but probably it still is not so secure as they can see what is on your phone. I don't think you can make a phone secure, but you can email brightspace he probably knows better. If you can make a phone secure its probably a linux phone or android, maybe maybe a jailbraked iphone.

If you live a in 1st world country then you have no worries about being on the forums thru your own personal and private devices as there is nothing illegal about our sites.

If you live anywhere outside of a 1st world country then as the person above me mentioned, TOR would be a good way to go about it.
