Are Jews also affected by fluoride? Since Israel is one of the few countries that does not have fluoride in the water

Is there any way to annul the fluoride in the water we drink? I have seen some theories that if you put something citric in the water it annuls the fluoride, does anyone know if this is true?

You can get yourself a water filter, that filters these out from the water you drink. As I know, Zepter has great water filters, at least in my country they are the number one when it comes to this.

It has been studied by science that Vitamin C can offer some protection against general fluoride toxicity, given its powerful antioxidant properties.

However, there are no studies about its effectiveness in regards to the pineal gland, so it's best to avoid it altogether if you have the chance.

If you can afford it, you can install a reverse osmosis filter in your tap or buy bottled water free from fluoride, although I'd also be careful with bottled water because of how easy it is for plastic to pollute the water.

Generally, a healthy lifestyle and a healthy meditation routine will protect you from these problems. Some things are inevitable for some people, so you do the best you can with what you've got.

The water filtration system is not only good for removing fluoride from water, but many other impurities and contaminants that are plaguing the water supply these days. I do have a reverse osmosis filter myself and do recommend the same for others, but there are other options as well, such as water distillation. In any case, study the subject well before engaging in any purchases so that you know specifics and what you are getting yourself into, just like with any other meaningful purchase.

I have water distiller for like 4 months, and did not have any negative experience with it.
I also drink burdock root tea to make sure to supply myself with minerals, in theories it has all the 102 minerals that the human body needs.

As I know there is no other water cleaning procedure that cleans 100% the water only distiller. reverse osmosis filters also leave some fluoride and other shit in the water, but it is good enough, we still have fluoride in food and more unhealthy things in them. You can buy fluoride free toothpaste too. On the end of the day we can't get rid of every unhealthy things and chemicals yet, so don't be paranoid.

Jews aren't immune to fluoride, and the fact that their water is fluoride free proves this.
