My hands are sweating and my back is stiff. I think it's because of yoga(I do everything right), I also have some Panic symptoms after meditating. I hope it's just energy buildup, anxiety symptoms and shakiness.
I also feel my chest funny and my spine is bad I don't know why this is happening, I am young and the only probable cause must be anxiety or vrill.

Yoga can't do you harm, just do not over-do anything

It is possible that you are experiencing anxiety because of enemy programming that you need to work on.

When it comes to being healthy, you need to have a balanced diet adjusted for you, eat regular and healthy meals, you need to make sure you get adequate sleep, try to avoid stressful situations, remember to rest, and go for regular medical checkups.

Sounds like yin deficiency. Google this for physical solutions, combined with breathing in ether to balance your elements in a positive manner. The yoga did not cause this, but it would actually help it. Make sure you are doing yin-based yoga, like hatha yoga.
