Newbie here. How long will it take me to be finally be able to see the gods?

Depends on your current level and how much effort you put in. It can be anywhere from mere months to multiple years. Even decades if the effort is sporadic and the starting point is 'low'.

You don't have to worry about this.
You will need fully opened and clean chakras, strong astral sigh, it takes a lot of effort and time to get there.
Always make sure that you are completely focused on the meditations, and that you are minimum in a light trance in every meditation so that you will advance better. Takes a lot of effort to do this and can be really tiring. Tho you don't need to run take it easy, because if you overload yourself you may end up leave meditations.

If your chakras open, clean and so you can visualize light very good, you can ask a god to manifest so that there is a chance see him/her. You might not be able to see at the first try but you will get there eventually.

Work on your clairvoyance and clairaudience points. Also, develop your upper chakras.
