Is it okay for me to break connections ( https://satanisgod.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Detaching.html ) with a person even though I depend on that person ?
Ex: I live with my mother and everything but I want to detach myself from her. ( I ask this because I start to act like a person, I get quirks, fears... )

If your mother is a toxic person and influences you in a bad way then you can do it.

Maybe if you put "in a best way for me" it wouldn't cause much problems, but still I don't recommend to do it until you aren't free from her financially.
I don't understand what you mean in the (), I would only detach my mother from me if she were making my life unlivable.
