Question #1705: How do I get justice?

I have been trying to prove guilty a criminal who has done horrible damage to my family and me ..I tried all legal ways to prove this person guilty but I dont know how luck seems to be in that criminal's favour ..So by judicial system it is close to impossible to prove this person a criminal ..My questions are why this person who has done such a great evil to me is still not getting punished ??how can I spiritually punish this enemy and make him really suffer?
