Generally this is true, however, one should be careful with physical activity, as some side effects of the vaccine exacerbate when you do strenuous exercise, especially heavy cardio.

If someone is experiencing the symptoms mentioned in that post, they need to seek medical attention immediately and definitely not do anything that involves intense cardio.

Remember all those athletes collapsing, or having chest pains in 2021 and 2022? Many of them collapsed because of the vaccine increasing heart attack risk by hundreds of times, due to compounds found inside the vaccine which damage the arteries.

From what it seems, not all vaccines had this, and the usual onset of this is within either days to weeks, to a few months after taking the vaccine at most. Probably the body will deal with those compounds in time and eliminate them, so after that risk period has passed the danger of it seems minimal, however this is a legitimate concern.
