I started doing kundalini yoga before bed every day a full session of "quality" each repetition slowly 6-7 seconds and my result my back has improved a little physically but I no longer feel anything and do not want to continue doing it, I can only feel energy after visualization a few seconds but from any yoga I feel nothing, I think my energy is either moving outside my body or already maximizing work and no difference just like with mantras which I was questioning before my mind just stronger doing rrt I discovered ways to visualize
