Question #1647: I've been doing kundalini yoga for a week and don't feel anything

I started doing kundalini yoga before bed every day a full session of "quality" each repetition slowly 6-7 seconds and my result my back has improved a little physically but I no longer feel anything and do not want to continue doing it, I can only feel energy after visualization a few seconds but from any yoga I feel nothing, I think my energy is either moving outside my body or already maximizing work and no difference just like with mantras which I was questioning before my mind just stronger doing rrt I discovered ways to visualize
 
You are not meant to do each repetition 6-7 seconds, Kundalini Yoga is RAPID. Hatha is slow.

Lying down completely still for 10-15 minutes and pushing the energy to the Crown upwards after the SAT-NAM is very, very, very important.

Also if you haven't actually opened your Chakras and there is no opened channel from the Base to the Crown you won't feel that much.

Make sure you're doing each posture correctly. Also make sure to maintain physical fitness as this determines the "cap" of spiritual energy the soul can handle. Otherwise, it's a gradual process.

Kundalini Spinal Series is rapid, not slow. There are videos demonstrating it correctly, easily found on youtube.
 
It's only been a week since you started with the yoga routine? If so you won't feel anything at first, until after a few months of consistent practice. After awhile you will feel your aura get stronger and you will feel bio-electricity through out your body..
When I lay down to go to sleep I can feel myself vibrating and it feels amazing. consistency is the key here.
 
You have only done it for a WEEK
H.P Maxine said that it takes up to a month or more to get some results
It took me 2 to 3 months to get the effect i wanted
Do not speedrun this course, otherwise you will be disappointed
Plus do it Rapidly as the others have said
