When is it recommended to have children?
It's sensible to first gain the resources like shelter and income, which may take going in your 30s, I imagine this is how the Ancients did it.
On the other hand, if you attract a worthy partner in your early 20s, you can have the kids independent quickly. And your body would be in the best shape and also your genes would he healthier. Still, that would interfere with education, networking and fun to an extent. I can't but think of how HPS Maxine had her first child at 13.
Im also thinking that they should be self sufficient as soon as possible in case I don't live much.

For a very advanced SS this can be an exception, but a woman should not become pregnant beyond the age of 35. It isn't politically correct to say and alot of people will bulk but a geriatric pregnancy brings more risks of premature births, complications to the mother and genetic defects to the child as well as other things they could do without. Unless one's female ancestors before them show a pattern of this being an exception to the rule it is not a good idea to attempt.

If someone really wants a family then people need to learn how to commit instead of fucking everything that moves and leaving at the drop of a hat when the smallest thing doesn't suit them, atop of also becoming established enough at an early age which will be harder especially with most households needing two incomes. It is not ideal for a mother to work and take care of children at the same time, and as for daycare, it's not the idea to have kids to make someone else raise them. Plus alot of kids get abused in those places.

You are absolutely right, in the case of men it seems to me totally inappropriate to have your first child at 45 or 50, better to dedicate your life in advancing in other things than trying to start a family after that age.

Women are most fertile from the age of 20 to 35. Keep in mind that it is an individual issue when it is best to have a child. It depends on factors such as personal preference, emotional stability, financial and health readiness, social support and many others.
Some people prefer to have a child as early as their early 20s and the rest prefer to wait when they have stabilized financially, for example.

Technically fertility begins to drop slightly in late 20s then considerably after 30. But not absolutely impossible. Age 35 is the boundary for health and genetic risks.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Those who believe in set rules are not aware of many exceptions to the rule which have produced many wonderful results.

Plus, those who advance, as we all should be, delay ageing and decay.

And while there might be a "perfect age" for things, does not mean it's the only rule.

People need to go to the Gods for answers regarding their own life.
