I would like to know which planet or sign rules me, I'm not good at astrology and I'm trying to understand the basics.
Sun sign is not important, ok
My moon is in libra, ok (the planet is venus)
But in my chart is AC pisces Uranus, would that be the planet and sign that governs me? or it would be venus and libra, in my elements there is nothing earth and most are fire, my mars is in aries and i think he has a great influence from what i see.
What is the difference between a Venus, Mars and Uranus woman?

The ruler of the Theme, the most important planet, is the sign that rules the Ac.

The ascendant cannot be in two signs. If it is in Pisces it is Neptune if it is in Aquarius it is Uranus.

The theme is the "mirror" of our Body/Soul. People "acquire" their own characteristics, personalities etcc... based on the big picture. Not on a syngol aspect or position.

Whatever Sign that falls on the AC axis shows what your chart ruler is. If your AC falls on Pisces then Neptune is your chart ruler, along with Jupiter which co-rules Pisces. Your main chart ruler is Neptune and the influences of that planet runs your chart wherever it is placed but you also have to look at Jupiter wherever it is in your chart as well because it also has an strong influence because Jupiter co-rules Pisces.

If you have any planets placed in your first house then these are also co-rulers and you have to take a look at whatever house their sign falls on because those signs can also have greater significance as well.
For example if you have the Moon placed in the first house then the house that has the sign of Cancer on the cusp will have greater significance or will be given more attention or be more prominent in your life along with the Moon itself and the natural areas of life that the moon rules: Family, The Home, The Mother, Domestic Affairs, Food, and the rest of the moons natural affairs.

That was just to give you an example but if your AC falls on Pisces then your main Chart Ruler is Neptune but don't forget to look at wherever your Jupiter is placed as well.
