Question #1238: Natal Saturn Conjunct to Other Peoples Planets & Cursing

So we all know that if our saturn is conjunct to someones chart ruler or if someones saturn is conjunct to our chart ruler that we can cause problems for that person or other people can cause problems for us.
So I was wondering if we have our Natal saturn conjunct to another persons planets other than their chart ruler would that still cause problems for the other person? Say if my saturn is conjunct to another persons Venus but venus isnt that persons chart ruler, would I still have power over or cause problems for that persons Taurus / Libra houses?
Someone who I hate has their Venus conjunct with my Saturn and I was wondering how I could take advantage of this.

It's also about the nature of the planet. I think you will have more propensity to have an opening if your mars aspects someone's chart ruler instead or any of their other planets. Either one of the malefics, but Saturn chiefly will have the most impact.

Look at natal placements of you both as well as individual transits AND synastry. If you can time mars or Saturn hitting one of their planets the same way your own mars or Saturn might then this can give a big boost for cursing during a Capricorn pisces or Scorpio moon (or even Aries) that is waning. For Scorpio try to do this in the first couple degrees of the sign and if the moon is in pisces the last 5 or so degrees but make sure it isn't void.

A thought also came just now that the same things can apply here with Pluto and Neptune, with Pluto causing loss in some way and Neptune playing on someone's fears or even driving them to insanity. Again Saturn aspecting these planets of theirs, or mars makes a big impact but if these other two planets alone hit one of their others while your Pluto or Neptune is in synastry with their own also, it might cause the aforementioned as well, especially if the proper runes are used in the black magick working. If you are really going to tamper with this do heavily clean your aura before and after.

Try to focus on the area of life Venus represents in the other person and where Taurus and Libra rule. Try to think of the negatives and cultivate the negatives for a curse. Try to focus a curse on the specific areas. See if anything happens. It might but cannot promise you.

And yes other planets conjunct Saturn may cause problems in a person's life. Saturn conjunct Mars synastry for example is horrible because Mars picks away in anger at the area your most vulnerable in and knows how to get to you on the deepest level. Just my personal experience.
