I have a question. My girlfriend says she is super drained when we spend the night together like she is being attacked by a succubus or something. She says when she wakes up it’s like the light was drained out of her and she is exhausted. Could I have something attached to me if so how do I get rid of it. Also could I be draining her of her energy without me even knowing it. If so how would I stop it?

You can try cleaning her aura before sleeping and applying a returning curses aura on her:

Ok I am going to try to give you some advice. I realize I talked about this a lot but didn't give concrete advice.

Do void or go into a trance. Try to visualize as clearly around you as you can your soul or see it. If you are being drained you will see what looks like little spots of energy being pulled up out of you. Keep in mind when doing this exercise that you are looking for astral connections and being drained. This can either be from links to chakras or astral cords as it's called on the JOS site (many people call these tendrils though) once you have figured this out start working to detach these.
I think the best method is runes unless your really good with visualizing.

Oh and identify if you can who is doing this. Most people are not psychic vampires this comes from being on a much lower than average spiritual level. Also Jews can do this although it probably would look different and be set up different than what is talked about in that thread. I do not know what their astral draining stuff looks like.

So it's probably obvious who this is from if you have it on you. Use their name in the detach affirmation.

Ansuz or Uruz or things like Svantantrata or munka are good to remove this stuff. Thaur if it is more difficult to remove can be added in.

That is a good working but not effective in all cases. For more serious situations other runes and/or workings will have to be added.

It takes care of the more common stuff pretty well though so it's worth a try on its own.

Cobra has given instructions of all kinds there, not just the sample working. All one has to do is read everything, not just the sample working. So, what you state about circumstances is already covered and agreed upon, not in conflict with any of that, really.

I think the same thing the JOS refers to as astral cords. This can be good in positive relationships but bad with psychic vampires or negative people.
