Problem with blinking

My eyes don't automatically blink like for most people. It's been like this for years now, and I have to consciously will myself to blink. The process isn't automatic.

I also have an abnormal amount of eye floaters and flashes. I was thinking of trying eye drops to see if it helps with the blinking at least, but if anyone knows anything about this or has any suggestions then I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

Sounds nervous system related. I have similar issues but the eyes are probably something you want to see a specialist over as any advice you'll be given here will be limited to just your brief explanation of the problem.

The liver is the organ that "rules" the eye. This would explain the floaters.

The eye blinking may be related, but like MrIntrepid mentioned, this sounds more related to nervous system functioning, which falls under the domain of the kidney organ system.

When I briefly searched, there was a lots of articles on eye twitching and excessive blinking, but I couldn't find any on the eye not blinking. If you could provide a specific medical diagnostic name, I might be able to find something better.
