How can one be a Priest/Priestess?

Well, firstly you should be on a high level of advancement mentally and spiritually. Being a Priest is a serious matter, you have to be committed. HPS Maxine once said that many are attracted to the tiltle because it sounds cool, but there is a lot of work that comes with it. I'd say don't worry about it for now, you can advance and have any spiritual experience that you want even without a title, if becoming a Priest is your destiny you will definitely find out in the future.

How can one be a Priest/Priestess?

You have to work. A lot.

Someone wanting to be clergy needs to consistently show up to the forums helping members, work on projects for the JoS, develop good teamwork skills, and work with the other JGs and under the supervision of HPHC.

And also spiritual advancement, and work for Satan and other Gods who require work to be done.

Do you wish to help the JoS so you can be a HP or do you wish to be a HP by helping the JoS?

This is my personal opinion. But HPs are on a grade of purity and positivity that is only reached by having the best intentions for the JoS first.
One should not help only because they want to attain a high rank, but because their soul is genuine and aware of thousand other souls.
I believe that the HP rank is the ultimate form of evidence that one is sincere about their love for the JoS, proved by their honest purity of character and soul.
