Premature ejaculation

Sorry, I'm a little embarrassed with this topic, but I don't know what to do. I've tried everything to overcome this problem, but I can't find a real solution. I want to know if it's possible to cure premature ejaculation with meditation. If so, what meditation can you recommend? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yeah this is something I'm curious about too. 

Nothing is more of a turn of and an annoyance when premature ejaculation happens. 

I have tried many things, but nothing has really helped so far, though I don't always have it. 
It seems to be related to sexual energy in some way. 

During sex I would sometimes ejaculate after a couple of thrusts, but it wasn't even satisfying. I would still be aroused and filled with sexual energy, but since I didn't want to make the girl pregnant we don't continue afterwards. It feels very anticlimactic (pun intended). 

I did notice however that the more often I had sex the longer I would last. My ex and me sometimes had very little sex, like once in 2 weeks, but for me that was way to little and I would feel the sexual tension build up like crazy that when we finally did have sex I would ejaculate prematurely and the whole experience was simply unsatisfying. 

If we had sex more often I wouldn't have it at all pretty much and for both of us it felt much better. I'm a young guy with a natal chart that has an emhasis on sexuality and a need for an outlet for my sexual energy, when I wasn't able to express this freely it would simply feel bad. 

Meditation didn't seem to help. 

I think it's important to find the right partner that can sexually satisfy you (that goes both ways).

You can try to do positive affirmations and raising your energies and program it with affirmations, and Munka workings or similar. You can also try doing affirmations at the end of your yoga sessions.

Remember to add "permanent" (if this is your goal) and "in a positive and healthy way" or something similar in your affirmations. You can do it for 40 days to make it permanent on your soul.

The problem is you get too excited or you think too much when you having sex, enjoy the moment, try void meditation during sex it will help put you in the moment. I personally can go for an hour or more if i want to but i can't cum in less than 10min with or without foreplay. Try foreplay, the longer you do it the more relaxed you become and your partner will ejaculate easily. This is very important, you can never have too much foreplay *wink*. If you feel like you are about to cum, take a few deep breaths and slow down the pace in which you thrust at.

I have the opposite issue. Sometimes I feel like I last too LONG. If I masturbate alone, it takes about 30 - 45 minutes, but if I visualize my succubus, it'll take only 10 - 15...
But this hadn't always been the case; I used to finish ridiculously fast. In my experience, it is related to how often you ejaculate, whether it be through masturbation or through sex. When I was still in school I had a week long field trip a few times and wouldn't masturbate for an entire week (which is and was very long for me) and then at the end I'd masturbate and finish within 5 - 10 minutes. In the past I used to masturbate 4 - 6 times each day, and these sessions took way longer, like 30 - 45 min for each. I think it's related to how often you do it.

Moekcrocell I'm the same way, I have extremely long endurance. I just use it to make sure it's enjoyable for the girl I am with; rather than trying to make myself orgasm, I make sure they have a very (wink wink) enjoyable time

I havent done that but i accompany some colleague...many foreign official or celeb also done that..its around south east country...its not only applying to genitals...the majority use that for beauty..aura...they put it in face...what ive done is the 10 grams block of gold...but not for genitals of course...well its very secretive to be honest and only by reference...im not forcing you to believe this...im just glad to share...

In addition to what was said, controlled breathing really helps. This is part of Tantra. If you are really having issues, join the health group so we can talk more about it. Sometimes things like this do not need working or spell.
You should do more lower chakra work and tantric breathing exercises. Muladhara breathing exercises help alot. You need to work on controlling your sexual energies but first figure out if the issue is lack of sex or over excitement.
There are especially eastern spiritual meditations to help the male control his life force and sexual energies.

The reason premature ejaculation was a problem in my previous relationship was not because I lost my erection after orgasm, but my ex didn't want to use anti conception (the pill is obviously not very healthy and she didn't like the feeling of a condom, neither did I) so we didn't use any "protection". 

We relied on the pull out on time method, which was no problem for me since I'm a careful guy.. But that also meant that sex was over after I came, whether we wanted to continue or not.. Since there can be sperm leftover inside the penis after orgasm, the risk of pregnancy is very high if we were to continue. 

In the two years we were together not once did the pull out method fail me, but I guess that was because I was paying close attention during sex not to be too late, so I don't recommend people to rely on that.. 

The biggest annoyance for me was that because I often came very quickly it was over very soon and for some reason I always retain my erection after orgasm and could easily continue. It's rare for a guy I guess, but simply having my orgasm was not satisfying, in a way I only started "heating up" after the first orgasm. 

Foreplay was a good substitute for her though, but that didn't do anything for me. Under no circomstance did she want me to use a condom, but she also didn't want to get pregnant.. She was a complicated person you could say..
