His Moon and his Jupiter being at 29* of the same sign “Aries” in his NATAL chart just shows that those two planets are in aspect to each other... a conjunction to be exact. When you say “permanent ending” that is for predicting. For instance, if Jupiter, as it’s in the sky right now happens to go into the sign of Aries at 29* then something would come to past.
