Be happy all the time, don't mind problems, be optimistic. Repress your negative emotions!"

In other words, "think positive"...

Although positive thinking is such a useful tool in developing a balanced life, there are many wrong ways of approaching this notion.

It becomes illusory and seems to do us more harm than good. This is why people avoid it and make fun of it.

Today we talk about 4 myths that revolve around this notion and why they are as false as it gets.
Myth no. 1: Positive thinking can completely eliminate worries and problems. A positive mindset can help shift our perspective and focus on better solutions, but that doesn't mean it will completely eliminate stress and challenges from our lives.

Myth no. 2: Positive thinking requires ignoring negative emotions.
Positive thinking doesn't mean ignoring or denying negative emotions. It is important to accept and process these emotions before replacing them with positive thoughts and emotions.

Myth no. 3: Positive thinking is the universal solution to all challenges.
Positive thinking can be useful in many situations, but it is not a universal solution to all challenges and difficult situations. Sometimes other solutions are needed to solve a particular situation.

Myth no. 4: Positive thinking does not involve action.
Positive thinking can be a source of inspiration and motivation to act, but actual action is essential to make lasting changes in our lives...
Balance is the key.

Yes, positive thinking is wonderful and useful.

But the key word here is balance.

Life is shaped by thoughts, but that doesn't mean we have to sweep the negative ones under the rug.

Positive thinking is more than that: it's healing, it's understanding, it's life lived with meaning and self-confidence.

Positive thinking aplied by common sense, balance is natural outcome when one is healthy and alive on all levels.

Overthinking is certainly a problem. Stupid, unnecessary, wrong, and useless thoughts gain power through repetition, attention, belief, and identification. How to stop them? With detachment and indifference.

So how to think correctly (right thinking)? Precise thinking, that is, not paying attention to every thought that comes along. It is important to know that thought alone has no power. But there is a mental trap you can fall into....it's trying not to think about something....this doesn't work because first you have to think about what you don't want to think and then deny it uselessly when in reality you do nothing else than to repeat it and pay attention to it.

From my study of mind and thoughts.

Positive thinking does not negate reality, critical thought, warrior mentality or being aware of the negative. It is a decided movement imprinted on your mental structure to fortify proper state of the mind, which isn't one lost in imagination, fear or delusion. If people misunderstood this, it is because of lack of experience, which if now learned by this, would still not result in a negation of this "practice".

Harmony of mind is a natural state that gives and receives from the harmony of your body.

Life is shaped by more than thoughts, the mental sphere is just one small part of existence. There are greater forces in this complexity. However, a good start can be this, and more also a good end.

The clarity of existence is sought in the present moment, here - now. Outside of your imagination or anything else. If you focus on the down and forward present of your body and focus on this moment, you can glimpse that the natural state of the mind is one of harmony. Outside of this is one of WAR, and sometimes this WAR is within more greater.

To fight the negative thought is to solve it. You solve it by a structured appliance which includes also positive thoughts. It means pursuit, introspection, judgement, control and action.

Regardless, a natural understanding is also that your mind and your imagination is not separate from everything of the outside you perceive and inside. So solving in these directions is a natural way of existence.

Negative thinking is often just an automated and instinctive anima of the mind. Critical and introspective thought is one that is of conscious sphere, and the other is one that is initiated in the subconscious sphere.

Critical thought and protective and warrior inspections are necessary and it is part of learning and advancing.

Negative thoughts of the reactionary level need to be understood and solved, in as much as these are rational or one can rationalize and unionize a correction, a fixing. By meditation, reflection and cleaning of the soul.

The other thoughts that are purely out of bounds of your tools of the mind and listening to your being, are to be ceased by replacement and other movements, that are more positive.

The mind always goes in a direction, you can impose yourself a certain direction, either way a movement is done, be it negative or positive, fleeting or intense. These structures need discipline and acknowledgment.

The enemy also would love one to stay and think that negative thinking is desired, while playing on the fact that the simple mind as is, is not understood in the more dimensions it has.

We are SS, so negative thoughts are issued in a simple manner by them and if one is weak, it can be very damaging to give power to them.
