I was wondering if anyone knows of anything I can do about my terrible PMS? It is the emotional side of things (intense rage, depression, etc. for a few days each month). Thanks.

Yoga definitely helps. Doing yoga daily helps regulate all hormones. Since doing daily (or almost daily) yoga and meditating, I never get PMS, or even cramps. Nothing at all, for almost a year now. And studies show that other women who do yoga report similar findings, but of course most of them don't have our knowledge of power meditations which help too.

Try vibrating the rune Wunjo, it helps for banishing depression, and raises self-confidence and self-esteem. I have had lots of great results with it, and it works almost instantly. It's the 8th one down on the list. It's number is 8, so vibrate it in multiples of 8, but just 1 set of 8 works for me.

You can also invoke the color Gold, it's for happiness etc. Light blue is good for serenity, calmness, etc.

I actually use a combination of Gold energy (breathe it in, and feel it in your aura) followed by vibrating Wunjo.

Thanks. I'm starting to feel human again. Perhaps next month I'll feel human the entire month.

The yoga dealt with the cramps months ago. It is just the last of the emotional bits and a terrible complexion to deal with.

I don't want to even think about what I must have been like in the before...

Hey I just wanted to thank you for the advice, I think this will definitely help my lover. I would say just visualize and meditate you know, but I didn't really think about the huge benefits from Yoga and the runes. Just a little thank you :) Also huge thank you to Maxine, damn, without her a lot of us wouldn't have had this access to this information and honestly it brings me tears, also Satan and our Goetic Gods, big big big props to everyone on the positive side of the information war!!!
