Pluto's effect on the chart ruler

Hello to all of you Satanic Warriors and HP's! I was studying some charts over the past one week or two and I was wondering how a transit of Pluto over the chart ruler will influence the overall situation...I understand is a planet of death, change , and things related , but it's a bit allmost to general.. Should I take into consideration the planets on the house ruled by the particular planet in transit with Pluto (chart ruler included) or should I just look at the aspect between Pluto and the planet alone..or taking all into consideration..? Also if you have more info about the "Pluto effect" on a chart, please feel free to write me. I'm more curious about the eventual negative effects.  Thank you in advance!

Transiting Pluto affects the affairs ruled by the aspected planet, the house containing the affected planet, and the houses ruled by the affected planet. The house Pluto is making the aspect from gives clues as to what changes will take place.
