Does somebody maybe have any insight on what to expect when Pluto transit conjunct natal Neptune? I've been looking into this on the internet and almost no good answer..

But maybe some preparation or working in that period of time would be very beneficial?

Purely a spiritual type of transit on it's own. And for exactly what and anything more precise, you look at the rulerships of Neptune in your chart and align them with those of Neptune in general, knowing this is where changes will happen. Understanding of how that will play out comes from meditation on that.

If Neptune is an angular ruler of your chart (1st, 4th, 7th, 10th house ruler) then it will be more significant, a cadent ruler- much less significant with succedent as a middle ground. But you still should check into and meditate on it as Pluto transits can be crucial, even small things being changed could affect the whole.

Overall a good time for meditation, changes on the affairs of your Pisces house cusp whatever it is, also changes within the house this transit is taking place in; and as Neptune and Pluto are outer planets, this has to very much be conferred in your personal experience and through meditation. You should also if whether in late Capricorn or early Aquarius, blend that in your interpretation, and whether or not a fixed star or other star might be involved there in your natal chart or the current transits.

As for general statements for record, things like dreams might become sharper and more intense during this transit. More poignant and about deep important things(probably related to the affairs of the house Neptune rules). Meditation involving self control, void and development of a penetrative mind becomes more supported by this. This can also suggest focus on, and/or events happening regarding your unconscious things coming to the fore, good or bad, to be dealt with and freed from. Events triggering this can be seen in your predictive charts like progressions or solar returns, during the transit; or otherwise self-revealed by your meditations and introspection.

It won't be so emphasised and obvious like if Pluto was transiting Moon or something, unless Neptune is an angular ruler or the chart ruler. As Neptune itself deals with very non personal and disparate things usually.

Stupid question regarding house rulers.

Let’s stay with Neptune.

If my 2nd house intercepted Pisces, would this mean that pisces is the ruler of my 2nd house?

If my 2nd house intercepted Pisces, would this mean that pisces is the ruler of my 2nd house?

The sign which the cusp of your 2nd house lands on(which I'm guessing is mid-late aquarius) the planet it rules is the primary ruler of the 2nd house. So Uranus. But yes, if in between the 2nd and 3rd house cusp it contains the whole of pisces, this means Neptune is a co-ruler.

As Aquarius is also co-ruled by Saturn, and Pisces by Jupiter, this is also 2 extra rulers for the affairs of that house lol. Everyone has this on a couple houses for this bit in their chart. The primary rulers will be more important though.

Then you want to look at where any of these planets are placed, Uranus mainly. Look at where it is, aspects to it and apply their understanding over the 2nd house affairs. You can look at the description of those aspecting planets in the 2nd house on the pages on Azazel's astrology, which is a valid thing to help understanding, especially if it is a tight aspect or conjunct. Like Jupiter/Uranus. This would be Jupiter aspecting your 2nd house ruler, and so on and so forth. This acts as Jupiter in the 2nd house etc.

There is a good youtuber from India called KRSastrology who did a series of house lords (rulers) in the houses. As Vedic astrology doesn't recognize planets beyond Saturn, you will have to confer how this is for Uranus and Neptune yourself. He has stuff like 2nd house ruler in 5th house, whatever house etc. As well as for others like chart ruler in houses, which help you understand the higher dynamics of astrology. Very interesting, and you can go through his videos for your other house rulers in houses. Type up _house lord in _house and his videos should be the first to come up.

You can also think on the level of house rulers in signs. Like if someone had 2nd house ruler in Pisces, they would have a very idealistic, not caring as much attitude about money (depending on the planet, Mars as a 2nd house ruler in Pisces would be different). 2nd house ruler in Taurus, obviously would be the total opposite and you can go around the house rulers doing that too.

Wow thank you! This helped a lot!!
