Ave sisters and brothers,
I thought sharing this might benefit someone and bring them the same joy that it brought me.
After years of not doing it, today I engaged in an old routine that was my kind of therapy and many other things when I was a young man.
Print out the sigil of a god and get some transparent tracing paper. I used to draw by looking at the printout but my current skill level is significantly lower than back then, hence the cheating. When tracing apply minimal pressure to allow for easier correction on the second layer. Remove the printout and draw over what you have all the while remembering to breathe in a way that keeps you calm and focused. Doing the small corrections and straightening the lines is where you can go deeper into the process ascending to another level of bliss and immersion. Next you could fill in the whole thing with a crayon of whichever color you like but blue has some advantages. Using a ruler is discouraged because it goes against the main point of honing the skills needed to do this and it takes away from the pleasure of doing that perfect straight line.
Now that you're in a special state similar to a light trance the next stage should be entered gradually to avoid injury.
I usually start with a slow and short stretching that intensifies before beginning the actual session. For those with martial arts experience, you can do any form or combination of movements that you feel like doing at the moment but while doing it try to remain in that focused state and keep the sigil in your mind the whole time. For those that haven't done any martial arts, you could do any kind of movement like dancing or just random moves that feel good. The point is to meditate while moving and train your mind to work in challenging conditions. My personal favorite is a chi gong form called silk reeling but anything else works fine. When you feel like it is enough, stand or sit or even lie down still for a few minutes. Give thanks to Satan and the God that the session was dedicated to and go on with your day feeling great and knowing it will be a thin but important layer of knowledge that you put over your body, mind and soul.
Enjoy
