If a planet is very close to the cusp of 2 different houses should you merge their descriptions from Azazel's Astrology for maximum accuracy?

Also, I'm wondering what is the general effects of a Scorpio Sun Square. And Squares in general, say, if you did a Leo Sun Square but you're a Sagittarius or something, will the outcome turn into a mix of both or can you eventually overpower your natal Sun completely?

Theoretically, the planet, should be read according to which sign it is, even if it is, on the "cusp."

But, in practice, it can be seen on the person, with time, who will have "shades" connected with the next sign. But this can be seen on all people, with different times in one's life, based on one's birth chart.

As for the question about the Kabbalistic square, I don't understand what you mean, the Kabbalistic square is not "connected to you," but to astrological coordination, to have power. Being Scorpio or Cancer, will not have a different power, on the function of the Kabbalistic square.

At most, it will have a different effect on people, depending on one's situation/level.

I was referring to its effect on people, rather than the function of the Kabbalistic square itself.

- For example, let's say it's November 1st.
- A person with a Natal Sun in Leo decides to start a Scorpio Sun Square.
- It is now February.
- Previously, they were a very dramatic, and energetic type of person.

Will they retain this, whilst simultaneously taking on the quiet and secretive tendencies of Scorpio, or will the latter overpower the former after multiple Sun Squares. To the point where, they are now 2 years older and no longer resemble their previously stereotypical Leo behaviour. Or will it always exist on some level, either in conjunction with the more secretive tendencies, or perhaps in a more compartmentalised way?

Also, in regards to the word "Kabbalistic"/Kabballah I remember I read the jew's corrupted this term. Do you have any information on the etymology or origins of the term as well as its corruption?

No. The personality remains the "same." The square does not change it. The qualities that the sun sign gives to the person remains the "same."

Yes, the term "Kabbalistic"/Kabballah" is a Hebrew corruption of the word "Ka Ba Ankh," which comes from ancient Egypt.

So, if one were to do several Sun Squares in signs which differ from their Natal Sun is it possible their Natal Sun will change in their next life? Considering you are presumably transforming the soul itself.

What Hs666 said is not accurate. People are factually reimprinting their soul and consequentially this leads to changes in personality as well. The intensity of the changes varies and there are immediate and delayed effects. And since the topic is the Sun, progressions are something to take into account.

How do progressions factor into the equation?

Also, I've found that my personality tends to undergo noticeable changes after only 1-3 days, and I can abandon certain minor workings early on. However, I'm not sure whether or not these effects will actually be retained. For example, if I were to continue cultivating their "seeds" manually, without the use of magick, will they inevitably disperse or not?

And I'm assuming the effects differ between immediate and delayed results? Or do they operate under the same characteristics but at different time intervals?
