pain in solar plexus

I have been having pain in solar plexus chakra,Mostly in the front extention. I break the enemy link with blue satanic fire after doing that,the pain withers away. But it always comes back.And also if the pain in solar chakra isn't because of enemy link then why does the pain in solar chakra comes in,naturally/normally? I want to know that too about the natural cause of pain in solar chakra. What does it indicates?

It's probably blocked. Do daily yoga and work on it to fix it.

Here's a link to opening blocked chakras.  However, if you are experiencing pain in the solar chakra then your heart chakra might very well be blocked. 
"A burning sensation, or a feeling of intense pressure in one of the chakras usually indicates the one above it is blocked."

Earlier today I felt sort of butterflies and ice cold around my solar plexus chakra. I hadn't done yoga and meditations for weeks, it must've been a result of that.

Well,thanks for the answers.I have been controlling my sexual desire,I mean to say that I have been controlling myself from not doing masturbate and i got succeded in that. I controlled it more than a week. Last night i just let it go. Still i was confused,something was stopping me or it was just my mind,thoughts,whatever. So after masturbation,i felt so drained,like all of my power that i have obtained from doing meditations in these weeks were drained out. My personality changed into old one,I mean by doing meditations for weeks i had noticed a very change in my personality and that i lost after doin' the masturbation.So back to solar plexus,it doesn't hurt anymore after that. Before mastrubation it was like some very much energy is tightly placed there in. So the pain is not there anymore. But also i feel powerless.

Ever notice how online porn quickly leads to the violent, hurtful version of sex? So much of it is the disrespectful, disgusting, "hate sex." Doing power meditations is absolutely important for the same reason. Masturbating just opens up the chakras. So, any blocked energy will flow releasing the block. If you need to increase your bio-energies, you need to continuously do power meditation coupled with either Hatha yoga, martial arts, Tai Chi or at least some form of physical exercise. That will improve your energy levels.

Glad I could help brother.  The reason you felt heat on your feet is because they are probably the least empowered at this time, and reacted more-so the sexual energies surging through your chakras cleaning them.  
You should start to open and empower your feet chakras, and hip chakras.  This will drastically help your energy circulation, and you shouldn't be feeling that weakness in your legs after you begin to.  The feeling of them being 'weak' or 'drained' is just the energy moving around the chakras, instead of flowing through them as they should.  Don't forget that there are minor chakra points in the knees as well.

I made some decisions where i lost some things,those things were astray-ing me from my path,from advancing my soul,it was hard,cried, though i did it.
