Overstimulation

I have been reading a lot of information on both JoS official website and JoSWIKI. All of this information is very useful and I am very grateful to Satan for giving me this opportunity to see and read the truth. As much as I love to learn more, I seem to be getting a bit in overstimulated mind set. There is so much information to learn, so many different meditations and requirements that I simply seem to be getting overwhelmed.

In all truth my meditations and efforts have been all over the place as I do not really know where to start. In this mess, I feel a bit weak as if I am not doing this whole process correctly. Thoughts of doubt sometimes seep in and make it a bit hard to do anything really. I know that this spiritual path is special to each individual and I would be much grateful for any guidance on how to figure mine out without over working myself.

You can do Gods Rituals and RtRs.

You can learn gradually, that is normal, and everyday you will know new things, learning new things can generate beautiful emotions, you are doing the process correctly, during the time you will see the results of your efforts and the evolution of yourself.
