I feel like you could use almost anything if you are receptive and have the right mindset. Astrally is a good way or asking them to share your spirit, but you really need to be in a good place for either of those and have sufficient preparation. I feel like they occasionally “send” people intuitions too and these can be warnings or beliefs about important topics that come through. It can take awhile to recognize these intuitions.
