Hello, brothers, how are you?

My mother suffers from osteoarthritis, her hip bones hurt. He has been to more than one doctor, but you know what this is like. They gave him pain pills and exercise. She is 64 years old and still in pain.

Does anyone know if I can do anything to ease your pain?

First off i am in no way knowledgeable about osteoarthritis, but i do know a thing or two about how similar problems occur.

1. Problems with bones mainly come with a lack of vitamin D, vitamin D is an extremely important hormone. If the body has a lack of vitamin D the body starts to extract vitamin D from the bones, this can cause various bone problems. A lack of vitamin D can cause a lot of chaos inside one's body, so making sure that you get your daily intake of vitamin D is very important.

2. A lack of mobility can cause problems with the joints and muscles, the chances of getting problems like this are significantly lower with a flexible body. This can also heal ones body if done correctly, Yoga would be best for this.

3. Exercise can help a lot as well, there are many benefits that come with exercising, at least if done correctly.

4. A healthy lifestyle can get you long way, make sure that you get the nutrients that you need on daily basis.

Vitamin D is best absorbed from the sun directly, You can get vitamin D from various foods like fatty fish and eggs. If you decide to take supplementation make sure to never buy organic/plant based vitamin D! Your body will not absorb any plant based vitamin D.

I think there are a few people who can help you (I am not a doctor) but all I can offer right now:
You could try Satanic healing?

I don't know if they will help but try different anti inflammatory or pain creams for arthritis?
I remember also, when I had a stress fracture in my toe bone (I did not know at the time), my cat would come over, sit on my feet and purr. This was very healing as well and I believe it may have been much worse without her. It might be good to get her a cat. They basically look after themselves. If you treat them right they will give you many benefits.
Anti inflammatory foods (from a website, not me):
fruits, vegetables, cold water fish, (salmon and tuna) tofu, walnuts, flax seeds, soybeans, grapes, celery, blueberries, garlic, olive oil, tea and some spices (ginger, rosemary, turmeric)
And ok... this last one is something that most people here would disagree with and I probably shouldn't be recommending, but whiskey has anti inflammatory properties and I had to use it in a pinch instead of painkillers (I couldn't drive to get anything) for a really bad neck sprain. My nan used to drink some before bed so she could sleep better in her old age. Anyway it is a last resort type of thing but y'all are grown and can make your own decisions. So there you go.

Along with borax she can try applying DMSO as well to that area.

She can try boron supplement. Borax is the best supplement to get boron. Borax is sold as a cleaner in America. Try to get either 20 mule team from America or tankan bhasma(ayurvedic name for borax) from Indian Ayurveda store. Take borax along with vitamin d, calcium, magnesium.

Try seeing the June-July issue of www.nexusmagazine.com for the truth on borax. I will try to repost it here if possible.
Earth clinic also has a solid info on borax here

Hello, I greatly appreciate your advice and I will take each of them into account.

What happened was that my mom has to take collagen for life, so the pain occurred because she had stopped taking it, but now she's fine.

Thank you y all
