How does having a surgery changes you spiritually? Like gettig a kidney or gallbladder removed? Can someone recover from it, or forever be just a bit 'less', or having problems in spiritual level? Same for amputation. Or just the part of your astral body still remains, even after loosing the actual limb?
I cant help but see these as 'fates worse than death'. For why would you work in a very flawed and mishaped body you cant fix, instead of just reincarnating into a healthy one?

As far as I am aware, if you unfortunately lost an arm or something you wouldn't loose any of your astral body. I'm guessing you still could work with those chakra points to some extent, but you still need a physical body for overall development. Not sure about smaller organs and such, probably wouldn't affect you spiritually. Unless energy needs to flow through something specific later on in meditations.

As far as the state of your body, you work with what you have. If you unfortunately have disabilities, that's just how it is for you. Just be happy and grateful you reincarnated when you did. You work with what you have. Reincarnation requires certain astrological timing and then of course timing with the right physical body. Everything needs to line up right, you can't just die because you're not satisfied with your current state, and then just head right back into reincarnating. If I remember correctly, higher developed souls get to pick where they're born, for specific purposes and reasons, but it seems like the majority just get to go when the time is right. So you have one life at a time, don't waste it.

I wish we were engineered with the ability to regrow our limbs like some amphibians could do. I'm sure that could be done as well with a high enough chi power through biokenesis, but I don't think anyone pre-magnum opus could do that, and perhaps even post magnum opus it'll require more development of power.

Best thing an amputee could hope for is a robotic limb or if you're really lucky a 3D printed limb that they somehow figure out how to attach to you.

As for those born with deformities, I believe that's a manifestation of very horrid, negative aura. Either the person was horribly cursed by someone else or they done so much negative karma that these energies in their aura have manifested in a deformity. Evil sort of punishes itself by being a self-intoxicating force. It could also be judgement from the Gods for being a horrible human being.

These kinds of deformities are very common with jews due to their inumerable crimes and horrid karma as a group. Horrid Gentiles however can and do get deformities as well.

Disclaimer: I don't know and can't confirm that everyone born with a deformity was a result of being a bad person. However, since bodies are manifestations of the soul, a deformity signifies that something very wrong must have happened to the person's aura since humans aren't meant to be deformed. For weak, undedicated souls, this could also be the result of brutal enemy attacks or curses. Drugs may also ruin auras which then carries on to other lifetimes. Astral parasites may also play a role. The same deformity could have happened for very different reasons. This is mainly speculation from my end.

The thing is, I might have to be my gallbladder removed, and my pancreas barely produce insulin, that I might never be able to fix. What can I even hope like this? What microscopic chance do I even have to succed in this life and get just a bit close to achiving magnum opus? With a fucking body like this? There are literal human looking monsters with healthier bodies like mine

Depends on the surgery I‘d say. I believe having just the gallbladder removed is not very damaging for the soul. It is basically just an energetic network, energetic field and flow - the body is just a transformator that can absorb and transform energy. If you have the gallbladder removed, your body and soul can compensate - no issues.
You will notice any difference at all. This is how little the impact will be after you have fully healed. We are very adaptable.

A fate worse than death is - living your life and not advancing in this life. Living your life and not advance as much as you could and should.

Why is death so important? Because death enables on many levels, physically and spiritually, towards advancement and evolution!

Without death, living beings would not evolve. Without cleaning out the dross, one can not transform.

So why don’t we all want to die, if death is actually a needed for advancement and transformation (talking about a philosophical death, and also the literal death).
-> Because you have to LIVE in order to advance.
One of the main reasons we have life and the so called Life Force - is to advance and amplify it.

So, no matter the shape of the body you are in, what conditions you live in - advancement is very special and precious.
And as long as you are in a position to be able to advance, you should live and do what you have to do.

You are very lucky, you exist on many dimensions, and right now there is an interception of those Dimensions and forces, that create a reality where you have the chance to actually advance on a very deep and profound level - do not even think lightly about it, it is a privilege we all have.
If you do not take this opportunity now and manifest it very deeply into your own being, who is saying the conditions will be met again for you to be able to advance in such a way?

As always, your advices helps me more than any doctors could. I thank you that, once again. There is a big chance my gallbladder wont get removed, but trying to make peace with the idea, if it have to be
