What will happen once we open the Ida, pingala and Shushumna all the way from top to bottom?

Will the kundalini rise?

I do alternate nostril breathing along with hatha yoga and kundalini yoga every night. every other time I will do that excersise i found that Maxine gave where you do a hand stand with the 54 breaths of fire and vibrate thhhhhhh.

was there any other exersise that helps with the OP? besides cleaning. I also try to focus on my third eye and pinial gland alot.
