Disclaimer: This is an advanced meditation, as it involves preparatory elements such as familiarity with the invocation of Akasha. It is NOT for beginners.

1. Sit in lotus pose (or half-lotus if you can't). Remember, the spine should be upright.
2. Fall into a deep trance.
3. Clean your auras and pillars thoroughly, including every chakra in each pillar.
4. Breathe akasha into every pillar: first one at a time, then all together. Do this slowly for 5 to 10 minutes, without doing too many breaths, as it can be overwhelming.
5. Vibrate SATANAMA: SA into the rear pillar, TA into your front pillar, NA into your right pillar, MA into your left pillar. The number of reps can vary, but generally 5, 8 or 13 will suffice.
6. State an affirmation, such as "The 5 elements in my soul are now balanced and in perfect harmony, eternally and completely, NOW". The best would be to keep the repetitions in line with the vibrations of SATANAMA.
7. Focus at the bottom, and visualise the elemental cross of the soul spinning. The bottom cross involves the muladhara chakra as the centre, and its extensions on all sides. Will it to spin at the speed of light.
8. Do the same for the middle cross, involving the anahata chakra and its extensions.
9. Do the same for the upper cross, involving the indu chakra (6th chakra) and its extensions.
10. Go back to the lower cross and vibrate DAGAZ, focusing the vibration on the cross*. Preferably, keep in light with the number of repetitions above or you can go for 88.
11. Repeat step 10 with the middle cross.
12. Similarly, repeat step 11 with the upper cross.
13. Finally, state the same affirmation again for the same number of times and conclude with a powerful Hail Satan! Thank your Guardian Demon(s) if you ask them for help and guidance in this meditation.

*The elemental cross is like 2 Dagaz intersected.

For the those who are even more thorough and have time to waste or need to do a huge chunk of work all at once, you can sequence this with other meditations adding, for example, the RAUM meditation, the Twin Serpent meditation and the alternate nostril breathing. However, I would not advice doing so, as raising too much energy can overstimulate you, which can lead to issues.

Is there a diagram?

Or you can visualise them as svastikas.

The lines that connect each pillar is basically the akasha keeping the elements from separating from your soul.

Thanks for sharing i will definitely look into this very soon. It gets draining after a time to be drowned in my own water
