Sounds like an enemy being to me. Our Gods wouldn't make a deal like that. They don't "need" our energy, if we have extra we want to give them they would gladly use it to aid them in the war, but they wouldn't propose something like that. This seems to be some type of vampiric parasite trying to coax you into giving it permission to attach to your chakras and drain you. Fuck that piece of shit I'd say burn it with blue flame and do a banishing ritual. O.N.A is also the acronym for the Order of Nine Angles, a bullshit occultist group claiming to be Satanism, but they encourage living sacrifice and use spiritually abusive summoning methods requiring triangle and circles and a "license to depart". Maybe a thoughtform of theirs. Either way I get a bad vibe from what you said. Get rid of that thing.

There is no demon with a name like that as far as I am aware. 

Sometimes the best way (though not recommended as it's not a safe way) is to try things for yourself in order to find out whether something is positive or negative. 

I'm not a very advanced brother yet, but I am astrally open, so to check whether this is a malicious or a positive satanic force I just tried to evoke this ona spirit and immedietly I started getting psychically attacked. 

Do not work with these energies. They appear to be of the enemy and associated to the enemy thougth form. It gave me the same vibe as some kind of angel thought form.

Thank,s for all the reply .Father Satan have explain to me its better to leave them alone and not interact with them. the are from a lower spirits that control human emotions like fear,sadness,and many more emotions.
each Ona spirit reign over one emotion. Jay eff is wright about the the enemy spirits  so i don,t interact with

I didn't mean to speak for the Gods, I kinda spoke in absolutes, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't propose some thing like that ("knowledge" for energy). And the thing about the "Order of Nine Angles" could be far fetched and just a coincidence. Either way, the way you described the interaction with this entity made it seem malicious to me.
