New Soldier / Situation

Hello, I am new to the spiritual warfare, I have practiced raising, programming, & directing energy a bit. I am planning on creating my astral very soon but I've a problem. Since before I can ever remember, whenever I close my eyes & walk or even simply focus, I feel like there is a dark, black, shadowy thing blocking or covering on a portion of my face on the right. Sometimes it moves farther over my face or it resides. I don't know if it's my imagination but it gets in the way & can be sometimes distracting. Anyone know what it is or what can be done?

Sometimes what happens is that there's icky-residue on the aura that's left over from the past. Sometimes entities attach themselves like so much glue, and don't let go. I'm not too sure what it is, but it doesn't seem good.

Use the white energy from the sun, and perhaps a wee bit of elemental fire to cleanse your aura. You can also direct the energy to "burn" it off. Just remember to strengthen your astral defenses AKA: power meditation + frequent chakra/aura clean + setting up psychic shields...
