On December 11th there is a new moon and on the 25th there will be a full moon. Is there any specific meditations I can do to help me manifest my desires.
To manifest your desires you need to raise energy through some method like mantas, runes, yoga, or some other method and then program the energy to do what you want. For example, if you want protection you can vibrate the rune ALGIZ and affirm something like "The energies of ALGIZ are permanently protecting me in every way."
