To own your own home you need money. To have money you have to work and do magic work for money ( like with Fehu, Sowilo etc. )
There are no runes that can directly get you a house if you vibrate them.

I think the best runes for any wealth or material possession are also the ones we use in the JoS wealth ritual which are: Fehu, Sowilo, Wunjo, Ansuz and Othal.

The easiest way to get a property nowadays in my eyes, if you're an average joe with a shit job, is you should attempt to work abroad in a country that is wealthier than yours. Especially if the currency value is huge compared to your country, you can save up and buy your own place in just a few years.

Or at the very least, save up enough for a down payment and get the bank to fund your purchase, then you simply pay mortgage instead of a rent I guess. This is up to you, just know working in a richer country you can make a lot of money faster than working a shit job in a poor country.
