I  am new to this.But i want to get started right away.I had tried some of the breathing exercise and only get side effect as mentioned but not really succeding.I did not feel Santan talking to me or anything yet,perhaps i been doing wrongly?Is there anyone of you from Singapore?? cause i looking for some guidance to start off with from someone.

It is advisable to *not* meet others from the Internet in real life... Well, especially from this group as there are some infiltrators, jews and the like, who will try to fuck you up.Have you done the dedication ritual yet? If yes, then start by cleaning your aura and chakras daily and build an aura of protection around you, at least twice a day. This is really important.

Lastly, don't forget that new people will have a hard time listening/seeing to the astral etc. So, even if Satan were to respond to you, you might have a hard time hearing Him.
