My question to you is: if someone wants to be really dedicated SS and seriously work on her soul, is it better not to have children and have more free time on hands to do rituals and meditation or is having children a natural course and one should be a parent? Obviously, if a person became a parent before dedicating that question is irrelevant but what about people who dedicated and still have options to be or not to be with children?

Good question. I personally am very thankful for not yet having children. One day I will have many, but in the meantime, I have much much much more free time to work on my Self and advance as much as possible. 
Also, the more advanced a person is, the better parent they will be. They will be wiser, more intuitive, and so on. The list of pros is endless, for being more advanced.

It is much wiser to have a child when you are very powerful because that way good old momma lion can tear the head off the first threat to her babies well being. Plus you can talk to the babies soul in a meaningful way. Communicate and never get angry or mad or ever do anything wrong because you will be within the flow of nature. You will also have massive self control so a little srcreaming and crying wont make you get bent outta shape and you can foster a much healthier relationship with your baby.
