Need advice

Hi all,

Last night before i went to sleep, i was meditating, and i constructed my Astral Temple like i asked about in previous posts, i sat there for a while in the Temple, but must have fallen asleep, i know i dremt something, but i cannot remember anything whatsoever, except that it was a good dream.
When i woke up i was rested and in a good mood, but i have this "urge" that tells me that Mike is not my "real" name, so i have been looking at names for hours, hoping something would trigger my attention.
All i know is, it could start with the letters DA, or the dominant part of it has DA in it.
Every time i see the name Damion, something draws me to it...

What does this mean, and could my original name actually be Damion?

I know this name only from the movies "The Omen" so could this just be my imagination wishing for that name, what does it mean, i am so confused, but at the same time ive never felt more calm..

No. Our Gods aren't really spooks in the sky, but have their own physical bodies. They are extraterrestrial beings. So they are already incarnated, in the true meaning of the word, that they are in a physical body.

I wanted to ask to make sure on how to do this.

When asking a demon for a specific need like for example passing an exam, do I need to summon the demon in order to do so, or is there some sort of another way to do so??
Also, do I need to say that I will give something in return and make a deal, or such???

What I do to increase core muscle size, tone and strength is to take 2 dumbbells, flex my stomach muscles and twist my waist.It made my core as hard as a tractor tire in only a couple of months.
Just do 5 or 10 sets of as many reps as you can.I use 40lbs in each hand for heavier workouts but 20lbs in each hand with about 50 reps is enough for me.
But depending on how fat you are, losing weight might not get you a 6 pack if you have to lose alot of weight and it makes the skin sag from how loose it ends up.

Are you dedicating your life for that girl? Everything is about that girl, geez. Do abs crunches. Regular situps and cardio. You can enhance this by doing a magick working. There are really good videos on youtube for beginners also instagram if you have that. I can post my routine later, as I am about to hit the gym actually. Try using the search engine on the groups and look for workout tips. I'm sure you'll find some good ones!

I am not too experienced in that topic, but I can suggest you to do situps every day, or ever second day. If you dont know what situps are or how to do them, just google "situps". Also, you mentioned that you cant really do much, so you might want to try out programming your aura that you are "losing weight in a positive an healthy way" and/or that you are "building up an impressive 6pack in a positive and healthy way"  atleast once a day. I would suggest saying the affirmation/s about 5 times. You can ofcourse do it more often if you want.

I will advice you to do some cardio exercises and do some Abs-workout ,Also keep a strict diet ,Do some personal research on the internet.

Hi, everyone I need advice. I’ve been having a series of attack these days. There are these jewish people coming into me. 
First, they talk about work opportunity blablabla and then started to ask about religion. I always hide it with saying I’m into Hindusim and might change religion someday (my father is an atheist and mom is Christian). And it didn’t work. She started saying that you’re going to the wrong way and even threatened me by saying did you know you have a pretty face? Go to curch, what if god take away your pretty face. All I think about is how do I get away from this conversation. I live in a place where manner is everything, I cannot just say bad things to her, I don’t know I’m weak, I didn’t reply anything I just said, I like it this way and I wanna follow to things that makes me happy. 
Anyone might wanna share how they getaway from this kikes idea smoothly? If I pretend to follow her words, firstly I don’t feel comfortable lying, secondly, next time she might ask me to go to church together.
