Greetings.

Most of the times when I'm meditating, or simply relaxed, or when going to sleep, my nose starts running, and my eyes starts to tear.

I had an era when my nose was running for months or years (like now) and doctors said that it's because I was fat and because of the unhealthy diet.
Than I got skinny, and I no longer had this issue. I got too skinny actually so I wanted to gain a bit weight.

Now I have this problem again, but I'm not that fat and I don't think my diet is unhealthy. Maybe I should look out to how much fat I eat? Or what should I look out for? I'm not that picky, I eat what is at home, but I also eat fruits. I hardly eat any veggies though.

This has been going for months now. If I remember correctly I had this in the summer too.
I though about that It could be a product of strong cleaning but I don't think so.

I though about some more physical exercise besides yoga but uhhh.. I don't know if I would have the energy for that. Maybe if you advise that for this specific problem.

Hey brother, I have some solutions to offer. Firstly, try to eat more meat (and protein in general). This way you will increase your testosterone and this will make you feel more confident and healthy. Secondly, find two types of exercise to implement into your life. The ones that work for me are weight-lifting and martial arts. Try to limit screen time on weekdays and avoid chocolate and other sweets (they lower your testosterone and increase your acne tendency). Finally, get enough sunlight and oxygen. The sun helps tremendously in all aspects (physical, mental, spiritual). No wonder our ancestors placed great importance on the Sun.

Excessive fluid and congestion is always due to phlegm.

It's not necessary to be overweight to have phlegm, and it can exist either due to digestive insufficiency or poor diet choices.
