My Sabbat Purification experience

This post is just a testimonial to my personal experience with my very first Sabbat Purification, which was so much more helpful than I could've ever, EVER imagined.
My most sincere and utmost gratitude to our truly awesome HP's for really emphasizing the importance of spiritual hygiene and cleansing, the importance of which absolutely cannot be overstated!
Just to preface this for those who may be unaware (also anyone please correct me if I'm wrong anywhere), we need to clean our souls as much as possible because if there's any thoughtforms/dross on our chakras and we empower our souls with that there, we may also be empowering the bad energies as well.

I did my Sabbat Purification about a month ago and carefully monitored and noted my health and wellbeing. I have noticed a profound difference in my overall wellbeing and mental health, so much more grounded and it's positively affecting my work life balance as well.
I have also noticed a complete difference with the weird issue below... It is completely gone, and I feel confidently and totally rid of it!

Just a brief warning as the story below is a negative experience and includes sleep paralysis.

In my final years of High school I was very stressed... I got my very first bout of sleep paralysis. It got to a point where I had this multiple times every week, sometimes twice a single night just waking me up horribly.
I never had visual hallucinations but I was always awoken to the horrible sensation of stiff fingers prodding and poking me in my sides unrelentingly, it hurt and ached and actually felt sadistic and violating. I tried googling and trying to understand if this could be related to a health condition, kidneys, anything. In all these years I have only found about 3 other people in youtube and blog post comments who also felt this during sleep paralysis episodes.

When I did the Deep Cleaning (I highly recommend doing the side chakra extensions as suggested because I felt that I got a full, complete cleaning doing so), as the ball of light started going towards my sides, I felt a VERY familiar pull... Like something was holding on for dear life and didn't wanna go. I KNEW exactly what was happening as soon as I felt it. Funny enough, for something that haunted and terrorized me for years, it felt weak when the ball of light came over it.

And just like that... Gone.

I completed the Purification regardless, but I feel completely free from whatever this was. I no longer feel any kind of weakness on my sides, I've had no health problems, no sensitivity... I wonder if it was some kind of spiritual parasite? It was the most uncanny, bewildering experience ever.

This was a truly noteworthy experience of mine, and I just wanted to share. I hope it helps anyone who may also be struggling with something similar.
Regardless, I couldn't recommend this enough! Always stay safe and look after your health, we need to be exemplary (deserving imitation because of excellence) and strong so that we can make a positive change in this world and ourselves. ⛧
