My problem about learning astrology

I have been studying the astrology section of Jos website for three days and I have written down all the information.
But I can't interpret and read my birth chart. How I can? And I don't understand anything. I mean, why don't my planets have anything to do with houses? For example, what does Mars and the Moon simultaneously mean in the third house, which is the house of communication? What do the red and blue lines on the birth chart mean?

Please show me all the things I need to learn astrology completely. It is very vital and important that I learn astrology as soon as possible.
