Munka Mantra

Can the Munka mantra be used on things that are only related to the personality such as laziness and low self esteem?

For example, I vibrate MMMMMUUUUUUUUU- NNNNNN -YAH - KAH 108 times a day for 40 days, invoke white-gold light and affirm the 9 times "I am totally and completely free from all laziness and lethargy. I am free to put as much effort as I wish into anything I choose".

Would this work? Is there any part of this which is incorrect? I appreciate any help.

Hey. :)
I believe you *can* use the mantra for this purpose, but I would also suggest to work more on your chakras, that would help you in this subject... For example, the solar plexus chakra is the chakra of the will. http://web.archive.org/web/201509150832 ... hakra.html
If your solar plexus chakra is weak, you will naturally not have as much energy as it's necessary to properly function and do the things you desire to do. In order to work on your solar plexus you can simply do the meditation here: http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... ation.html
and you can even do the Sun square: http://web.archive.org/web/201508270549 ... uares.html

Mars square can also be of help.

Whatsmore, the reason you are bored (or lack energy) could be because of specific placements in your astrology chart. Studying astrology http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... URCAS.html and analyzing your astrology chart will greatly help you in understanding better yourself and even find explanations for specific problems you might have (whether these are spiritual/mental/physical, or even situations in your life you can't really explain).
Remember, our astrology chart is a map of our souls. It portrays our past lives, along with our scars and the things we worked on. Someone who has planetary positions that make him/her a psychic, is because he/she most likely worked hard in past lives with meditations in order to reach that level.

Munka (as I've read), is used to free the soul, this is advanced.
I've read the runes, so this one is perfect.
NAUTHIZ (Need)
Germanic name: Noicz (Nauthiz)
Gothic: Nauths
Norse name: Nauð, Nauðr
Anglo-Saxon name: Nied (Nyd)
Icelandic name: Nauð
Norwegian name: Naudr, NaudNauthiz is a rune of endurance and will. The mental strength to last. It represents the dark night of the soul. It is connected to the Hagl rune. When used in white magick, this rune gives defiance and the strength to carry on when all hope seems lost. It is a rune of survival and fearlessness in the face of death. When directed at another, this rune can give the spiritual strength to carry on and endure in the face of disaster. Used in black magick, it brings suffering and hardship. Naudh is a rune of friction and resistance. A rune of banishings and cleansing by fire. Naudh can be used in counter-spells. Develops the will and self-sufficiency. The rune of trial and testing. Obsidian is the gem used with this rune. Obsidian is also the gem of the planet Saturn which bestows hardship and endurance.

Nauthiz sounds better for your average person with mediocre willpower who wants to become stronger. This isn't me. I have a serious problem with chronic laziness and no motivation and my mind wandering on to all kinds of fancy things which goes beyond the norm. I literally do not want to do anything, not go to work, clean my apartment, meditate, go to the gym, clean myself, cook or whatever. I can hardly even control myself for one moment, I am on disability for psychiatric issues. And I have a 6th house Neptune and other aspects here so for me it is karmic problems which need to be cleared or healed. Just using a rune to increase my willpower isn't enough, I have already tried the squares, chakra meditations and using the elements, nothing seems to solve this.

There is a difference between adding something to yourself, like using Nauthiz to increase will power, and removing someting undesirable from yourself like with Munka. And this Munka mantra is the last thing I haven't tried. That is why I want to work with this.

Try Munka for 40 days, and then do the same working using Aunsuz rune. I have personally had more success with Aunsuz than with Munka, but it could also be because I did Munka a few times and then more recently Aunsuz. It was a deep-rooted problem for me that is finally cleared up. You could also try it for a full 90 days if you feel it's necessary.
