Hi everyone. So as the title says I’m kind of curious as to where my mindset is going wrong, this might turn into a bit of a tangent but I’ll try and be as concise as possible.

So the past little while (4 months)I’ve adjusted myself to and more decisive mindset. Meaning a much more methodical approach to most days as daily routines.

I get up 5:30 do Rtrs, cleaning, protection, some spells then get ready and go to work, get home yoga, workout eat, bed. repeat. That’s all well and fine nothing stellar but fine.

The problem more so is on off days I end up staying up late doing playing games or watching videos or daydreaming usually all of the above. Which is obviously problematic.

As for mindset itself.. well I don’t really have one. It’s more like do it or you won’t be able to later. Yet the mentality of RIGHT NOW fades on the days where I should get the most done I’ve rarely ever had a driving force that most people here do well the advanced ones are always driven anyway. Recalling times that I did it was anger driven which isn’t sustainable long term.

Perhaps it has to do with the fact that I’m not properly relaxing or being passionate so I’m not recharging properly. But I’m not sure.

5/7 isn’t bad but it’s not really good either so I’m curious what my family might suggest.

Perhaps try finding a hobby you enjoy. Learn an instrument or art, for example. Even if you're not good at it to start, try to find something that makes you enjoy that part of your day.

Always have a meaning when doing things, don't do them for the sake of doing them.

When you feel like not doing something that you must be doing, think of your future pain.
Need to meditate but you wanna play games instead? Feel the pain you're gonna feel tomorrow knowing you didn't meditate the day before. Easily puts you back on your feet.

Thank you Aquarius that’s actually very helpful and effective
