I'd also like to suggest that if you really plan to stock up food or any essential things, believe me, you do not want to be without flashlight,batteries and water;I speak that from my personal brief experience when the earthquake and rolling blackouts happened here(Japan).

Something awesome I've noticed lately concerning this is my parents have been stocking up on food out of nowhere randomly. Now I hear about this and I'm thinking damn... Satan is really here for me and wants me to pull through these hard times with strength in him and myself, leaving all fears and doubts behind.

The rich will probably leave and go to American territories, there's American military support, and probably no taxes. If the country does collapse get out of any big cities, especially southern california and new york city. Problem with all of us being in one area in the wilderness is we would become an easy target and the constitution wouldn't apply. To answer the question about water and electricity I'm not real sure. I would imagine the state and local level would disregard the federal level and take care of the citizens. If you have a house you could hook a rain barrel up to your gutters and put some gutter guards up to keep leaves out. This is so soon and Im a bit nervous, things wont be the same. Electricity will be cut off? water? Society will be in total chaos?! uggh! I hate the jews!!!! Those motherfuckers! How will this effect them since they (currently) run things in this world...?
